Need more info: If over weight, lose weight. Eat more fish and much less red meat. Get exercise like walking every day if possible. Most important see your family physician who will do a complete physical, blood tests and possibly refer you to a nutritionist. There are medicines like statins that we prescribe but you must be under the care of a physician. There is no "magic bullet". It takes a change in life.

Probably.: Well, probably.  Green lipped mussels are safe to eat if harvested at the right time of year and quite tasty if not over-steamed.  Not sure what the benefit would be of taking a capsule extract, though.

Check T level: Feelings of low libido (sexual drive), fatigue, decreased energy can be signs of hypogonadism (low testosterone (t)). This can be determined with a simple blood test.  Low t is generally treated with testosterone replacement which can be administered in different ways (topical gel, injection, pellet implantation).  You should see your physician and discuss this further.

Dementia: Sounds like impairment in cognitive & executive functioning as part of dementia, where immediate recall & short-term memory loss exist,  but long-term memory of remote past (place she lived in long time ago) is still intact.

Congestion: Have you related it to eating  certain foods/ like milk? Sometimes later in life we develop food allergies that may cause congestion.  or it may be onset of GERD/ reflux. Try ranitidine and see if it helps.  F/u w/ doc
