Depends: Mouth "ulcers" is a very nonspecific term and have numerous causes- ie, bacterial hormonal, viral, yeast, inflammatory, autoimmune, neoplastic causes. 
Salt water or baking soda rinses may ease the pain but any ulceration that stays more than 2 weeks should be evaluated by a medical or dental professional.

Watch your diet: If these are aphthous ulcers, which are very common, then check your diet.  They can sometimes be triggered by cinnamon.  They are not serious, but they can be very uncomfortable.  This type of ulcer takes about 7-10 days to heal.  There are several otc meds that can be purchased, but if it is severe see your dentist.

Some basics: For now your main goal is fluids to keep her hydrated. If she can pee every 8 hrs you can avoid needing an IV. A mixture of half/half diphenhydramine (benedryl) and Milk of magnesia can be used to numb the sores, 1 tsp swish/swallow or painted on with an earbud will help, given every 6 hrs. Chilled applesauce, ice chips or milk can help.Avoid citrus juices &amp; dry food until she feels better.

Chromium inhalation: there is no antidote.  Supportive care is necessary.  Hydration is key. Don't induce vomiting.  Seek Emergency treatment to be safe

It will go away: Ulcerated lesions or mouth ulcers can occur after dental treatment.  Have it checked out by the dentist first, they will heal spontaneously and there is no definitve treatment, there are many things that will make you more comfortable while they heal. Try a rinse or gel that contains a local anesthetic like Lidocaine or benzocaine.

See doctor ASAP: Several allergic conditions and viral infections can do this. Newly acquired herpes is possible, also coxsackie virus and others. If you also have a skin rash, perhaps Stevens Johns syndrome. Some of these could be serious; return ASAP to the doctor who has been treating you.
