You : You will need to schedule a visit with an endocrinologist (hormone specialist). There are ways to increase breast tissue with hormones. I must warn you that the endocrinologist may recommend that you be cleared by a psychiatrist prior to initiating a medical plan. The main reason for this is to ascertain your emotional/psychological well being because this type of change is dramatic and life altering. The specialist will want to make sure this is something you can handle, and assure that you have made a well informed decision.

Only moderately: Breast shape cannot really be changed through exercise. You can lift breasts slightly with pectoral exercises such as the pec fly, but the effect is very moderate.

No: Breasts are more fibrous when you are young.  The older you get the more the fibers are changed over to fatty tissue. Wearing a bra will not prevent this aging process.

May be early to test: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

Any lumps: Do you examine your breasts each month.
Is there a history of premenopausal breast cancer in your family (uterine/ovarian also).
Do your chest wall muscles or ribs hurt when you put pressure on them ?
Is it activity related ? 
On occasion this can be a early sign of B12 deficiency.

26 yrs old & my breasts are 2 totally different sizes. one is barely an a cup and the other a c cup. you can tell the difference through clothes. ok?

Options: You have several options.  1) you can live with it  2) you can go to any larger brassiere shop and they will have a stock of inserts to equalize the size under clothes.  3) depending upon your goal you can enlarge the small one or reduce the larger under surgery.  You might discuss this with your gynecologist who can offer advice.
