Any lumps: Do you examine your breasts each month. Is there a history of premenopausal breast cancer in your family (uterine/ovarian also). Do your chest wall muscles or ribs hurt when you put pressure on them ? Is it activity related ? On occasion this can be a early sign of B12 deficiency.
