: This may be a form of dyslexia where letters can be rearranged in your brain. There are tests that can be done to diagnose you and then treatment can be given. A psychologist may be able to perform these tests for you and help if this is the diagnosis. Good luck!

hi there, are people with barlow syndrome at any additional risk if they contract corona virus? antibiotics are usually prescribed for dental procedures and we're always told to be careful of infection, so do we need to be extra careful? thank you

Likely: any difference in physical function places one at relatively greater risk regarding fighting infection, Everyone should be being extra careful now but yes ,worth a bit more effort. Social distancing and good hand washing , vit D 5000iu/ 1000mg sustained release VIt C should also be good choices if your own doctor agrees.

it feels like there is a band around my chest,  fuzzy. like i dont get enough air unless i breathe intentionally deep.  not coughing no sore throat. no feel lung pain when i breathe deep.   heart rythm  ok (barlows syndrome) exhaused, dull head ache?

Cardiac evaluation: Cardiac disease, angina and pulmonary hypertension should be excluded. COVID 19 or past COVID 19 should be considered. 
Please see a physician right away to determine whether you require a hospital stay. A baseline EKG 12 lead and pulse oximetry is recommended. Past COVID 19 infection may increase the risk for heart disease, and acute COVID 19 may present in variable ways, but most cases/fever.

Aging lines: On the eyelids cannot be removed but can be treated using various types of cosmetic lasers.  Just remember that even after you receive treatment for this condition, that normal aging will continue to cause more lines to develop in the future.

Are : Are your lines present when not making expressions? If so, then dermal filler is your treatment of choice. If not, Botox ot Dysport is recommended.
As far as the choice of filler-any will do. If you like your doctor, ask what filler he/she recommends for that sight. If he/she won't use a filler, go to someone else.
Remember that Perlane and Radiesse are deeper injections than juvederm and restylane (dermal fillers). Your doctor might not be comfortable doing the deeper injection in that sight.

Too non-specific!: Which knee.  Which side.  Does the pain occur with other activities?  Has it occurred before, or is it new? Did you have trauma?  Too many questions need to be given before you get a good answer.  Sorry!

Sounds like: superficial varicose veins.  If they are bothering you, an injection with sclerosing agent could help.  See your doctor to make sure that it is nothing more serious.
