when i do hard exercise, max workouts i feel really off afterwards...shaky, surroundings move to heartbeat.i don't faint but i feel lightheaded&lay do?

Hypoglycemic: Make sure you've eaten some protein before exercising and perhaps even during depending on length and intensity. Also it's super important to stay hydrated before during and after exercise and make sure your electrolytes are not too depleted which can happen when you sweat too much and don't replace essential mineral salts like potassium. An energy drink with electrolytes (like Gatorade) can help.

Physical: Although you are only 26,you should get a complete physical exam including bloodwork.If all is good, then probably a matter of starting a planned and monitored training plan,starting slowly and building to your goal, whatever you decide it to be.This would serve as a baseline.If problems are noted, then you and the Dr. will develop a plan.Check your hydration- likely partially dehydrated.Good Luck

Sensory ataxia?: This is speculation, based only on the minimal information you provide: if you feel unsteady on your feet and it gets worse with your eyes closed or in the dark, you could have a peripheral neuropathy. These have many possible causes. If that's your problem, see your doctor. It would not be a trivial matter. I could be completely wrong; this is just a shot in the dark.

my head is under severe pressure, and i don't know what it is my head feels as if someone is squeezing it really hard. it started around when i woke up and is still happening now. i feel light headed as well. please help me!

By : By the date of this post about a week has passed. I hope your symptoms have resolved or you saw a medical professional. For the future or for anyone reading this post, in a situation like this you should got to the urgent care or er. Seriously things such a bleed in your brain and/or stroke are dangerous and need to be ruled out. On the other hand it could have been a sinus infection with resultant headache, migraine or tension headache, etc.

Low blood pressure: You may have low blood pressure.  Please make sure to drink and eat well.  Dehydration and anemia may lead to low blood pressure.  Pls consult your doctor to check for anemia, low blood pressure and hear murmur.

Laugh  syncope: I've heard of this before.  Laugh- induced syncope or gelastic syncope is usually self limited and results from temporary decreased blood flow to the brain. Breathing reflexes result in strong stimulus to rebreathe.  If you have heart problems or other concerns regarding this laugh-induced occurence, please discuss with your md.
