Hypoglycemic: Make sure you've eaten some protein before exercising and perhaps even during depending on length and intensity. Also it's super important to stay hydrated before during and after exercise and make sure your electrolytes are not too depleted which can happen when you sweat too much and don't replace essential mineral salts like potassium. An energy drink with electrolytes (like Gatorade) can help.
