Sex/ovulation date: Some bleeding can occur with ovulation, due to the sudden drop in estrogen which precedes ovulation. This drop in estrogen can produce cramps, nausea, etc.. If your period is delayed , a serum HCG test done about 7-10 days after your period is due is an accurate test for pregnancy.

Cramps : You could have  a urinary tract infection infection of the uterus or pelvic area. Or you could be pregnant since you had sex midcycle. Need further medical attention.

Possible: Any time semen enters the vagina, especially around your ovulation time, you are at risk of getting pregnant.  You can try a pregnancy test, or wait to see if your period comes.  If it is late, than check a pregnancy test 1 week after, and if positive, congratulations and best wishes.  If you want to get pregnant, start prenatal vitamins too and see gyn.

Too early to tell: Too early to tell, but most likely not ovulation. If cycles are 32 days then ovulation most likely on day 18 (14 days prior).

Signs of pregnancy: Nausea, fatigue, loose bowels, abdominal pain or even vaginal bleeding are not reliable indicators of pregnancy.  The best way to know for sure is an at home urine pregnancy test.  Since you are so close to ovulation, if the 1st test is negative, you should repeat another one 1 week later.  Best of luck to you!

: These symptoms suggest some sort of inflammation, likely an infection. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) due to an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia is possible (depending on sexual risks). Get checked ASAP.

Probably not: Your symptoms may be consistent with a bladder infection or an ovarian cyst or just enlarged ovaries.

Probably not: pregnant . You did not ovulate ahd having the effect of the estrogen hormone . On the other hand cramps and back ache is a concern regarding possibility of an infection even an ectopic pregnancy. So, yes see your gp.
