Rash? : Nothing, a rash, cooling.  Sweat naturally evaporates off our skin to help regulate body temperature. In an infant allowing sweat to evaporate may lead to excessive cooling.  If the baby sweats excessively, let your pediatrician know.

my husband who is in his 30's has very small bumps on his back. when they pop chalky white stuff comes out in small portions, but it has a really strong odder. what could it be. (hes very active and i don't know if its maybe caused by sweat?

: From the description you stated: mostly skin related sebaceous gland inflammation related.  Instead of squeezing, wash skin with antimicrobial soap with warm water, and apply topical antibiotic ointment for few days.  If no improvement, seek medical doctor advice and treatment.

Heat rash vs acne: If there are blackheads, this is probably acne. This may respond to the oral contraceptive pill if you can take it and want to; otherwise if it is on the back, a topical antibiotic plus benzoyl peroxide but you may need to go to a systemic antibiotic. A heat rash (i.e., no blackheads) is better managed by simple measures involving washing, clothing, and others your physician can explain. Good luck.

No: Sweating is a natural adaptive response to regulate body temperature. We sweat every day of our lives whether we realize it or not, and we don't get pneumonia from sweating, ever.

Night sweats...: ...are a sign of fever. It could be serious; common causes (especially in southern Africa) include tuberculosis, HIV, and other potentially dangerous problems. See a doctor or clinic. Take your temperature a few times a day for a few days, record the results, and take them with you when seen. Good luck!

neurologic conditions.

Needs to see a medic: An exam, lymph nodes, and possibly simple x-rays.  Weight loss and fever are other things to watch, but this clearly needs to be checked out now.
