Depends: Hope it is not very severe and violent. Then you need to get immediate attention with ER.
 If it is in the back of the neck, could be from lifting weight and heavy exercise causing Muscle tension.
 And if you do have  history of Migraine   type of headache then ….different story.

Start now: You're in the normal bmi range (21-25) with a bmi of 24.7.  As you get stronger by lifting weights, you'll find that your bmi goes down because you'll burn fat when you work out.  The key is not to overeat, and eat healthy foods, while continuing to exercise.

Post OP Norms: Yes. It sure sounds like it. I am sure your surgeon gave you some instructions regarding this.  So, if they have anything different than this i would first have you follow their advice.  But, as long as your pain free and able to be active without pain then go for it.

Shoulder: You may have injured the rotator cuff or labrum.  Follow up for xray and may need MRI if does not get better.
Start with ice and some anti-inflammatories like motrin.

Comfort: Depends on your comfort level. Avoid constipation ; straining at the toilet. Unless the hemorrhoid was surgically removed, it has a chance of returning if you irritate the region again.

Depends: Muscle breakdown can occur with both. But an acute bicep rupture or tear is usually lifting too much. The chronic over use usually affect the tendons ligaments and their  attachments to the bones.

But if I could guess what you'll do is try and push it sooner than that.And you might get away with it if you are very very careful and start real real easy, like legs only for a while. The concern is tissue adhesion and avoiding swelling,which slows healing.Too much exercise puts too much strain on the healing blood vessels.Also,any drugs that do that, like smoking or uppers

Need more details: While heavy physical exercise may interfere with certain aspects women's menstrual cycle, you should always check with your gynecologist if you have unexpected or excessive bleeding. There more serious causes for such other than exercise
