Accepted Answer

Not sure...: ...that your question makes sense.  We all die from something and some even die in "perfect health." It is very unlikely that one has a serious illness without serious signs and symptoms.  I can think of a few exceptions to this rule such as critical stenosis of an artery supplying the heart or brain, but even they frequently provide some warning.

Uniformly fatal: Hiv is a virus that causes aids.  Without therapy (multiple expensive targeted medications), the average life expectancy for someone who contracts HIV is 8 to 10 years, and without therapy virtually everyone with HIV would die of disease.  This is why HIV is "life threatening".   With appropriate drug treatments and good diet/lifestyle some people with HIV may live decades and die of other causes.

ABPA: Would follow up with a pulmonary specialist at a university  hospital that has experience with the disease and treatment as treatment  is available . The underlying  condition whether asthma  or cystic fibrosis would have a role in prognosis as well.

Accepted Answer

No: Fasting will not benefit symptoms of crohn's disease.  You can fast from food for varying time periods until you die from starvation.  This is not an effective clinical solution.  Discuss this with your gastroenterologist.

Rarely: If properly diagnosed and treated, good results.  If diagnosis of lyme is incorrect, there is damage from that inappropriate treatment and from not making the correct diagnosisl.

: He can get infection from not enough white cells. But his local team knows what they call they see under the microscope and how it behaves down under. Trust them.

Chronic fatigue: That sounds like an important problem!  But are you sure about the diagnosis?  If you are sure, then we just need to find someone on here who is an expert in handling that condition.  Problem is, they will want to be sure of the diagnosis too.

So you have been in bed 9 years.  Has anyone been looking after you during that time?  There are certain things that would help regardless of the cause.

Sometimes: It can be if it extends beyond the bladder and into the kidneys, or if it results in urosepsis (bacteria from the infection entering the bloodstream).  This is more likely to occur in the elderly or immunosuppressed.

Can be: There is a blockage in the blood flow feeding your limbs which carries the oxygen and ultimately your tissues can die because they are starved of the proper blood flow and oxygen necessary for normal life.  It is important to diagnose early and modify any potential risks contributing to it such as quitting tobacco use.
