Levothyroxine: Levothyroxine tablets simply contains thyroid hormone and is prescribed when your thyroid levels are low.
At your age it would be appropriate to try and find out why your thyroid gland is not working properly. It is not uncommon to have a thyroid problem at your age so you need to fully understand what is wrong and how Levothyroxine will help you.

Not to worry: This amount in one dose will do nothing that you can detect.  Simply continue afterwards on your usual dose and forget that this happened.

Pharmacist: I believe you can, but the cutting has to be precisely in half as it's important to get the exact amount of a medication like levothyroxine. Your pharmacist can advise you on most of your questions about your medications and the proper way to take them, however. You could ask him/her if taking the full dose every other day would be effective instead of a half tablet daily.

I didn't know: anyone was still taking this out-moded anticholinergic medication. Why are you taking it. It's ok to take with levothyroxine, but brand name levothyroxine is better and more reliable than generic.

You will: Not feel well and be sick. Why would you want to do that to your body. Be thankful the medication will effectively treat your problems. Years ago, before treatment was available, both disorders were extremely dangerous and even fatal.

what is a good diet and simple easy exercise  for under active thyroid?  i have levothyroxine tablets everyday weight only shifts a little then back

See below: Make sure your TSH levels are being monitored and you are on the proper amount of levothyroxine. Just eat a healthy diet with proportionate amounts of carbs and protein. Exercise at least 40 minutes 3-4 times per week.

am i at more risk from being academic because i have hypothyroidism taking iron tablets but am worried it will interfere with my levothyroxine?

Not clear: Your question is not clear, but you should be taking levothyroxine on an empty stomach, wait at least 40 min before eating.  Do not take iron supplements within 6 hrs of the levothyroxine.

my tsh was 4.10 high, so my gyn suggested  levothyroxine 0.025mg, after one month it is 0.666, is it normal, can i stop taking the tablets?

No: Thyroid replacement is for maintenance, not cure. You'll need to have this monitored indefinitely unless your hypothyroidism was due to a specific limited illness such as dequervain's granulomatous thyroiditis.

Yes: These are all safe to take daily. Levothyroixine should be on empty stomach in morning. I advise prenatal, biotin and CoQ10 after breakfast, then fish oil after lunch or dinner. Magnesium (best as glycinate or taurate) best in evening at least 2 hours after dinner. Take a quality prenatal, ideally one with the L-5-MTHF form of folate (folic acid) (Pure Encapsulations and Designs For Health make great ones).
