Lupron (leuprolide) is not alone: Endometriosis is a common cause of cyclic pelvic pain.  It is linked to your menstrual cycle, so attempts to suppress your cycle should help with pain related to endomtriosis.  Hormonal therapies including birth control pills, NuvaRing and the depo-shot should be re-considered.  Also, these combined with nsaids (ibuprofen-like medications) should be considered.

Long story short: ivf hormones can make your endometriosis worse; Lupron (leuprolide) can help but not during ivf cycles; surgical extirpation of endometriosis before ivf best bet, if possible. Seek help from a reputable rei center in your area, take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck!

Soon: Generally if you took a monthly shot, your period should return about 1-2 months after the last shot. However that is assuming your periods were regular to begin with and nothing in your body changed while on lupron (leuprolide). Otherwise your period should revert back to normal.

i have endometriosis ,  ive been on lupron (leuprolide) for 3 months. a few hrs ago i felt a tearing pain in hip (still hurts) and now spotting brown blood. go er?

Go to ER/Urgent care: Get this evaluated promptly, as any tearing pain in the hips is not normal, and needs to be evaluated by a physician, and possibly imaged further. Spotting brown doesn't help matters too!
