Talk to doc.: Hard to put together without more info.  Apparently you are already seeing someone who is working on this.  I believe CT and blood in urine may be related but that the other two findings are not ALTHOUGH I do not understand why someone would draw an IgA level without a good reason.  There is more to your story than  we know.  Talk to your doc.

Lesions in lung: YES! But need much more information. BP/ Where do you live? Histoplasmosis country? Blood in your urine? How old are you? Why was the scan done? Any known cancer? Happy to consult as I specialize in adrenal problems. Be worried!!!

Actually it can: Fnh is actually a curious event that begins with something we don't understand in the central blood vessel of the lesion, no matter how big or small. I'd not be surprised. If the radiologist is confident, then i'd urge you to go about your life and not worry about kidney cancer having recurred here.

Most common kidney lesions are benign cysts.   

Additional kidney findings include complex cysts, benign tumors such as angiomyolipomas , and cancers.

: If you're not seeing a urologist for the following of this lesion, I strongly recommend that you do. This is a small lesion but some malignant growths start as small lesions and become more aggressive. For peace of mind get the best advice from a specialist.It may simply mean continuing followup CT scans or to have an MRI performed.

Most infants with cystic kidneys can live a normal life and have normal life length. Follow up care will involve Dr visits to make sure that the kidneys continue working correctly.
