Needs further eval: I assume this means that the doctor doing the pap smear saw a lesion on the cervix during the pelvic exam.  Such a lesion could be a cancer, a benign polyp, a wart, a prolapsed fibroid, or another condition.  The pap smear may give some clues to the diagnosis, but most often another special exam called a colposcopy with a specific biopsy of the lesion will be needed to make sure it is not cancer.

Should not hurt: It should not hurt more than a few hours, at worst one day. If it is hurting after a day, please contact your doctor. Please note that you may experience bleeding if you sex in the 7-10 days.

Usually biopsy: When a pap interpretation of lsil is given, it is most often followed by a cervical biopsy and colposcopy (inspection with magnifying glass).  If the look and biopsy confirm lsil and no high grade lesion, then this may be all you need.  If biopsy or coloposcopy is concerning for high grade sil, then a bigger excision (cone/leep) may be needed.  Talk with your doc / provider to learn what is best.

They appear benign: To me but then only ur pcp and gyn can give u the final and accurate diagnosis. The iliac lesion could be a bone scar tissue or a tumor. Take care!

have had hpv for 2 years my pap came back lsil i have a visible white lesion on my cervix i can't get a biopsy (pregnant) what can it be if not cancer?

Abn pap and pregnant: When i see a white lesion on cervix and abnormal pap, i take a biopsy.The bleeding from a v small bite on the cervix can and will be controlled and it does not affect the pregnancy.Once we get the pathology you will have your answer.
