i am being deployed to liberia soon.  im scared i may contract ebola. how easy is it to get from another human. do they have to be symptomatic?

Transmission is from someone who has signs of active  infection via contact wi blood or bodily fluids or through contact wi contaminated objects.  Ebola can be spread through body fluids such as sweat, tears, blood, saliva, breast milk, semen, vomit, urine and stool.  The virus can gain entry via cuts/ abrasions of skin, nose, mouth

Loss of flexibility: Don't know exactly what your ? Relates to but could be related to mandatory states insurance coverage for infertility.  What happens is that pushes more patients to ivf crowding clinics.  Instead of 200 patients we now see 2000 cycles per clinic.  This creates impersonal care.  Other thoughts would address liberal clinic policy for women to have access to contraceptives etc.  No disadvantage.

L/S Endocarditis: Libman-Sacks endocarditis (a process affecting the inner lining of the heart) is a nonbacterial (so non-infectious) thrombotic (clot forming) endocarditis.  It is the most characteristic cardiac manifestation of the autoimmune disease (systemic lupus erythematosus - SLE).  The condition most commonly involves the mitral and aortic valves but can effect all the valve of the heart.

Sweating?: Perspiration is part of your body's cooling system and essential to a gymnast.

Dark skin can represent a medical problem on the nape of the neck, but in your armpits it's probably built in to your genes.  Please talk to your family or physician about this.  It is probably not a problem, even to your teammates.

Dehydration: If you are otherwise in good health, the most likely cause for this is dehydration, and i would recommend the you increase your water intake.  If symptoms recur, persist or are associated with diarrhea or chest pain/palpitations i would seek additional medical care asap.

i am a lineman for my company! what can i drink to keep hydrated throughout the day? besides water sports drinks etc!  i work 13hrs a day in the sun!

Any Commercial: electrolyte containing drink will do but make certain that you drink enough PLAIN WATER!  Follow your won body..it "tells you" when you need water...you get THIRSTY ...THIRST indicates you need plain water..sweating will result in Sodium loss as well thus the electrolyte  "drinks" during the day.. CARRY BOTH!

i noticed little red leopard-like spots on the bottom of my butt/ very top of my leg but i do not feel any pain, itch or sensitivity. it feels normal.

See PCP: It would be extremely helpful to have a picture :) ! Other helpful information may obtained through an exam - is it raised, blanches with pressure, the exact distribution etc. Rashes/skin changes can be caused by so many things. It is probably safe to observe over the next few days, but if it becomes larger or painful/sensitive in any way - you should be evaluated.
