Your body had to spend a lot of energy and resources to deal with your illness.  A sensible, gradual exercise program will help you get back to your fighting form.  As for the cravings - your body might need some property from these two things.  It's ok to eat them in moderation.

See your doc: No one antibiotic  kills all germs  Azithromycin did not work, and so since your are till sick, get checked again.If it is a bacteria; infection causing your symptoms, changing the antibiotic, if it's indicated after an  in-person exam, may help. So get seen today .
