Little Benefit: Why do you want to fast for two weeks? People fast for many reasons and although a couple of days of fasting is unlikely to be harmful, two weeks of fasting could lead to dehydration, nausea, fatigue, and weakness. Not a good idea: Fasting for 2 weeks is not a good idea and is generally considered unsafe from a medical perspective. Clearly, for various reasons it has been done and people have survived it, but it is very unhealthy and i would strongly recommend against doing so no matter what the reason for desiring to do so.
