Cardiologist: The lower leg is considered the 2nd heart of the body due to the valves in the blood vessels.  Without proper blood flow pain can result in the leg and feet.  Go to your cardiologist doctor and have them check you lower leg blood flow and valves.

JUICE AND BANANA : Is it a muscle cramps or joint pain? Depend where the pain was, was it in the calf or in joint knee or ankle.
Make sure you stay hydrated eat banana  and drink orange juice
take Motrin for the joint pain
if no improvement see your pcp.

Interesting.: The problem may be from a couple of things.  Dehydration can cause leg pain.  Taking supplements such as creatine can cause leg pain.  Overweight can cause leg cramping.  Drinking alcohol causes pain.  If its not red and  swollen, then its not infected.  It has to be with something in your lifestyle that you are doing too much of, or not enough of something else.

Prolonged sitting: Prolonged sitting can lead to swelling of the feet, and the best treatment is to get up an walk/stretch every 20-30 minutes. Holding your hands down (in a dependent position), and clothing that restricts the upper arm can explain hand swelling. There are also a host of medical conditions that can cause such swelling - see your doctor if this doesn't improve.

Keep it clean: First no sun exposure its burned enough second make sure its not now infected warm tender swollen and pus make it likely so I would recommend you see a doctor. The swelling causes pain and sitting with the leg down makes that situation worse

Venous congestion: the same as any person who has no diabetes or coronary artery stent, or maybe a side effect of another drug you are taking. Move a lot, avoid dehydration, etc.. but if you have other symptoms as fatigue, palipitations, shortness of breath, see your doctor / cardiologist, good luck
