This is: a very interesting question ad before you are told it's in your imagination let me offer a thought:
This could be a protruded disc at the L4-5 level in your BACK and when you strain you INCREASE intra-abdominal pressure thus putting more pressure on that nerve!
Ask your Primary Care Provider if this is possible!!!!!!!

Accepted Answer

Stool impaction: You describe stool impaction.  If 100 percent stuck, then disimpaction is required, either with gloved finger or fleets enema.  ER trip may be next step.

Straining of muscles: With the bowel movement  you strain other  muscles in the legs. Your physician can evaluate you and see if you have any other musculo skeletal reason

Muscle weakness?: If you have this after sitting in the toilet sheet for some time and feel weak above the knees , few things need may casue it. Check your potassium level as there are some familial consitions with low and high potassium , which are associated with muscle weakness. Similarly get checked for low thyroid function/excess steroid etc. Some muscle related disorders by metabolic imbalances can happen.

Thigh swelling: If there is definite swelling of the right thigh, it should be evaluated by your physician. Phlebitis or some other thigh pathology would be a possibility. Pelvic problems occasionally cause referred thigh discomfort also.

Need to see doc soon: If these symptoms are new they are very concerning.  It is possible they are not related, but if they are related immediate evaluation is necessary.

See a Dr: These symptoms might be related, but without a thorough history and physical exam, it is not possible to suggest a diagnosis. See your Dr who can take a thorough history and do a complete physical exam with blood work and imaging if necessary. The results of these can be synthesized by the Dr to determine if there is an underlying cause and course of treatment.

Multiple systems: Those are a lot of symptoms.  You should start by seeing your primary care physician to make sure that there is nothing systemic going on.  After that a neurologist or physiatrist can evaluate the multiple areas of pain to see if they are related or if there are several causes.

Possibly Sciatica: Have your doctor look at your low back and maybe order an MRI to see whats going on.

E-lyte imbalance?: are you straining excessively during a BM?
Do you have any joints issue?
Are you keeping yourself well hydrated?
electrolytes imbalances may cause cramps or pins and needles over your extremities.
If not better consult a Dr.
Consider checking your thyroid and make sure you eat enough fibers, 50gr/day at least.
