i'm concerned that i might have gallbladder issues, possibly gallstones.  can stones cause muscle soreness in the backs of the legs & in the forearms?

No...: Gallstones and/or gallbladder problems cause abdominal pain and GI distress including nausea, vomiting, bloating and bowel changes.

i have had muscle soreness for about two months in my right arm and leg, that feels like i have just literally worked out even though i haven't.

Talk to your doctor: Given the length of time you have had the soreness, I would recommend going to see your local doctor to be evaluated.  It is unusual to have pain that persists that long.  Hope you feel better soon!

i'm taking warfarin 4 mg (7 yrs) as a result of having 2 pes.  i've noticed over that time increasing muscle soreness in my legs.  is this normal?

Unlikely: to be due to the Coumadin (warfarin), (warfarin) but that being said Coumadin (warfarin) tends to have drug to drug interactions with a lot of meds. Best to go over your meds with your doc. Hope that help.

sore muscle on the outside of right leg from about the ankle to halfway up towards my knee. lots of plyometric activity.jumping/runing. what to do?

Sore Muscle: If you have a sore muscle from exercise you can used rice to rest it.  Rice is rest, ice, compression and elevation.  This will help calm the muscle and help it heal.  If the pain persists or gets worse,  you should see your physician.

Anemia: Fatigue can be due to low iron in the blood, medications, weight, heart and lung problems or sleep deprivation. Most likely its anemia or sleep apnea. Do you snore? Have blood in the stools, poor nutrition? A simple blood test will detect anemia. Use a small recording device and record your sleep. If you awake gasping or loud snoring, your tiredness could be not enough sleep.

Muscle soreness: Muscle soreness can be caused by strain or overuse, inflammation from autoimmune diseases or statin medications. If you feel that exercise or strain isn't the cause and your symptoms persist or worsen, consult a rheumatologist for evaluation. Appropriate tests will be ordered.

Soreness: Horseback riding does take a lot of muscular energy.  In general, hydration and good stretching before and after exercise will help limit spasm and aches &amp; pains.  There are many topical treatments that can help also, most are OTC.  Find the one that works best for you.

See PCP.: Muscle soreness in the back thigh can be caused by overuse , exercise, or trauma.  Since it has been 5 days, warm compresses can help, soaking in a hot tub and even light massage. Some people swear by counterirritants like bengay . Nsaids like ibuprofen, aspirin, or naprosyn (naproxen) may help also.If still sore, see your pcp.

Nerve pain: This sounds like nerve rather than muscle pain.  there could be some inflammation or infection going on as well. I would recommend you visit your doctor for a proper examination and possibly X Rays or ultrasound of the Lower back , hips and thigh
