Height is done by 25: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height. In rare cases, growth hormone is approved for use in younger, extremely short kids.

Yes, but...: An apple build is more common in men, but not by much.  Shorter legs relative to torso size is 40/60 for women..So called pear build.  But many women have an apple build, with long legs and a shorter torso.  The extreme: fashion models!

Proportional?: On average, leg length is just under half of the total height and arm span from finger tip to finger tip is about equal to total height.  There are several factors that can affect these ratios, such as genetics, pubertal timing, health issues, etc.

Height: Right now, your legs are growing at 45% level of your entire height. With 12 cm added with growth, you will have a lower height that matches the upper torso height level. This is fine and within normal limits!

my question is why do i get taller when im suppose to not grow anymore i dont understand i feel like my legs are getting longer and i notice a change in height i read all things said yu cant grow at 29 but i still get bigger?

Thought issue: If you are getting taller at 29 you may have a worrisome defect that could be life threatening so a consultation with your doc is a must. If your docs evaluation finds you are not taller, you need to explore why the perception is present. Our brains can allow us to believe many things that may not be true.

No : You can lengthen your bones in your leg, but it is not a surgery that one should undertake unless prepared for the length of time, cost and risk of complications.

It can not.: After age 20 you can not gain any height. It is preprogrammed by your genes that you get from your parents.

Serious condition: Obviously there is a problem. Not being there, I can only give general information but, lack of calcium, magnesium, or vitamin D can all do this. vitamin D fortified milk is a start. There can be many other causes that are less common

See an MD: There is a growth spurt around your age when you tend to gain height rather then the weight. See your doctor to make sure you do not have any condition which needs to be addressed.
