Helps potassium: Those foods hekp increase potassium (k) levels.  Some people can get cramping with minor fluctuations in serum/circulating k levels, and when they get replenished, the cramping improves/resolves.

Get a blood test.: Its not normal to have leg cramps, being thirsty all times, losing weight and blurry vision..Need to have your sugar and electrolytes  checked asap. New onset of diabetes is a possibility.

Walk, minerals: Assume the following: no serious nerve damage or arterial obstruction to the limb, then try calcium-magnesium-potassium tablets which can be highly effective (be sure to use lots of fluids when taking). Sometimes you may have to get up & walk it out, massage it out, or passively exercise the cramped muscles. Warmth may help--avoid overheating the limb.

Gatorade is full of: sugar and artificial colors.  You are better off using club soda.  Even better is to see the doc and have your magnesium level check.  Leg cramps are often associated w/low magnesium.  Peace and good health.

Make sure you are : Well hydrated. Water is good. Too much glucose is not good at all. If anything electrolytes need to be replenished.

A person can get more leg cramps if there is:  chemical imbalance, abnormal nerve function, muscle fatigue, osteoarthritis, Parkinson disease, physical inactivity, spinal stenosis, liver or kidney or thyroid disorders, diabetes, etc,...

: Usually it is a lack of certain vitamins and/or minerals that can result in leg cramps. However, If you take too many vitamins in a single form or in a group, this can also cause cramping 2° to vitamin/mineral toxicity, but they would not be confined solely to your legs. Another explanation could be dehydration caused by ingredients in your boost. Make sure that you are properly hydrated.
