The Temperature: problem may in fact be due to too little estrogent! There are a number of treatments for this problem. Check with your Primary Care Provider/  The headache and backache
may be related to your mattress/pillow!  Try sleeping without yor pillow and if your mattress is over 10 years old consider buying a new one!

Leg ache: Is it one leg or both?  Did you hurt yourself?  Have you tried two Ibuprofen every 4-6 hours.  You might try ice to see if it helps.  You have to see your doctor if pain continues, and find out what is wrong e.g. Rule out blood clot etc.

If: The pain is in the calf, must have ultrasound to r/o blood clot. If pain in groin, could be osteoarthritis, on the side of the hip, could be trochanteric bursitis. Down buttocks into leg; sciatica, if in the knee; osteoarthritis. Once they evaluate you, they then can choose was best for you regarding pain. Good luck!

Needs eval: Could be several things from a hip problem to a bursitis . To a low back issue. You Ned a proper diagnosis to direct your treatment

Could be: back pain with radiculaopathy or co existency of multiple levels of osteoarthritis in the back and left hip. Need evaluation

Tendinitis: Hello,
This could possibly be tendinitis due to overuse. Another thought could also be activity related, exertional compartment syndrome.

Restless legs?: Achy pain @ night is a common compaint . Although the pathophysiology( why it hurts ) is still not completely understood ( and appears to be multifactorial) in my patients prescription medication for 'restless legs' is frequently helpful( non- narcotic). See your pcp for evaluation and possible treatment ( Requip (ropinirole) , among others). Best of luck!

Cramps?: Muscle cramps from cold exposure can happen and if its severe enough can cause residual pain.  Certain meds can cause pain like cholesterol meds.  Blood clots can  cause pain also. Make sure your md knows.
