scalp tightness on top of head, frontal zone and only on left side. its not a constant feeling, and when i feel that tightness it lasts for almost 60 seconds. i dont have affected vision or headaches. what could be? please i need an answer?

: You need to see a doctor to find out what this is. It could be a muscle spasm as there are muscles on your head. The only way to find out for certain is to have a doctor examine you. Best of luck to you!

the side of my foot (left)going into the top of my foot has been hurting very badly..ive noticed when i wrap it tightly or wear a tight brace it helps tremendously.. should i consider a medical walking boot for a couple weeks?

Yes and no: The downside of a medical boot is that it might cause the muscles and joints in your foot to weaken, especially if worn for a long time. It's also bulky and might be expensive if your insurance doesn't cover it. It might take a long time to get to see a provider and get the boot prescribed. If tape works, then it's unlikely that a boot will work better.

top of neck has been sore for a while, dr, chiro, massage therapist say tight muscles on left side. bad anxiety, keep poking, is this keeping it sore?

Many people: carry tension in their neck, upper shoulder and in the muscles surrounding their skull. Anxiety might be a contributing factor.

Doubt cardiac: You will need in an evaluation but my first diagnosis is chest wall pain also known as costochondritis or teitze's syndrome other possibilities could be shoulder bursitis or tendinitis or combination of both. See your physician for confirmation

Muscle contraction: You may be experiencing muscle contraction headaches.  Best approach is to try and reduce trigger which is most often stress.  Speak to your doctor about a referral for cognitive behavioral therapy for stress reduction.

Tight pants.: Difficult to say without an examination, but if the scrotum is hurting (what you are referring to as "pubic zone"), then it might be wise to not wear tight pants, and have an evaluation to make sure the testicle and scrotum are ok.

i have a tightness/pain in the upper left side of my chest this has lasted about 6weeks now and has become very frighting. it is most painful in the early morning or late at night or after a strenuous  activity.

This : This sounds like angina. Angina is characterized by chest pain or chest discomfort that occurs when an area of your heart muscle is not getting enough oxygen. This is a dangerous situation because it can be a sign of an impending heart attack. You need to see your doctor right away for a chest pain work up. This will include a detailed history, physical, and necessary testing (including an ekg). From there, your doctor can decide on the next step. Typically this would be a stress test to evaluate your heart while it is under stress (usually exercise). This test can provide more information concerning possible blocked blood vesssels in your heart.
