All: They all can cause dermatitis and a rash.  Strong suggestion is to be evaluated by your doctor who can look at the rash and better understand your history to be able to help discern which may be the causative agent.

Typically, if you have epilepsy or focal weakness, we would obtain followup mri's about every six months to make certain this was not enlarging.  Would get visit to a neurosurgeon, and talk about future management.

This may include an EEG, other types of neuroimaging, a Chromosomal Microarray, &amp; assessment of social/emotional, cognitive, fine &amp; gross motor, self-help/adaptive, &amp; communication skills.

Head trauma: Good call. The temporal bone protects the middle meningeal artery.  Injury to this artery may result in a dangerous form of bleeding. However, this is usually seen in trauma hard enough to fracture the bone.  Venous bleeds and contusions are also possible.  A good examination and perhaps a ct scan can help with your care. Hope you feel better soon.

Not really: An arachnoid cyst is most likely a congenital anomaly and can be an incidental finding.  It only has clinical relevance if related to neurologic signs and symptoms.  If clinically indicated the MRI can be performed serially to determine if further treatment is necessary.  I hope this info is helpful.  Well wishes.

Temporal lobe: The cyst in and of itself should not cause the symptoms you describe.  However, if the cyst is an epileptic focus, then it may result in what you describe.  Epileptic discharges coming from the temporal lobe can cause unusual behavioural and mood symptoms.
