All clear means that: The serious or dangerous conditions are not causing your symptoms.  Keep tracking your symptoms to look for any specific (food) triggers... If this is anything that requires treatment, it will eventually declare itself (show up)  wishing you well.

Lipoma: It sounds like you have a lipoma which is a totally benign lesion. If it doesn't change you probably don't need to worry about it.

Abdominal mass: How are we to guess as to the result of your Ultrasound. Isn't the doctor who ordered your ultrasound the better source of information? Please speak to your doctor or at least obtain the Ultrasound reading.

Something else: Tough to say.  Cysts, lesions not otherwise specified, etc. are possible.  The only definitive diagnosis will come form a biopsy.  An excisional biopsy may not only be diagnostic but therapeutic (it will get rid of it too).

Hernia: Perhaps the most serious problem would be an hernia that is being pinched by the abdominal wall. If the bowel is pinched one can become constipated as food passage is delayed.  With severe pinching and blockage, digested food can be regurgitation.  If symptoms persist then see a doctor; sooner than later?

Cyst or lipoma: If this lump is just under the skin, and changes in size, it is likely an inclusion cyst, a benign growth related to the skin elements.  Sometimes a fatty tumor, or lipoma, can present this way, and is also a benign condition.  See your physician if you have concerns, as most can be excised in the office under local anesthesia.
