Hernia: Perhaps the most serious problem would be an hernia that is being pinched by the abdominal wall. If the bowel is pinched one can become constipated as food passage is delayed. With severe pinching and blockage, digested food can be regurgitation. If symptoms persist then see a doctor; sooner than later? .
