: Ovarian follicles are essentially normal, and have nothing to do with a co-existent "renal stone".  Ask your gyn physician about low dose oral contraceptives, which will stop ovulation and follicle production.

on my latest ultrasound last march 22-my first menstrual day is march 1, my left ovary has follicles & a cystic structure that measures 14.4mm; does that mean that my follicle size is too small for conceiving?

: Follicle size of 14.4 mm may be at a pre-ovulatory stage, so obtain a ovulation test (most pharmacies carry them) and test daily for the next week.  If the test (measuring LH ) is positive, pregnancy is possible (given other fertility factors are normal: sperm count, tubes patent, etc.) .  If no positive on LH test (ovulation), see a fertility physician to evaluate status.

Sounds like it: Do you have any other symptoms of PCOS?  I recommend Metformin, 500 mg three times daily, Berberine 500 mg three times daily, and 20-40 mg of Progesterone Cream applied topically days 10-24 of your cycle.

: Septate/Arcuate means that your uterus is divided into several parts. Depending on the exact shape, this means that the uterus can have several main cavities connected together. There is a slighly higher rate of miscarriage depending on the shape. Homogenous echotexture means there are no masses within the wall of the uterus. A hemorrhagic cyst is a sac of fluid containing blood. Talk to your Dr.

Pregnancy potential : Pregnancy is "possible" with follicles of the size described, but if unsuccessful, see a reproductive endocrinologist for potential ovulation stimulation.  Age 34 is not considered to carry significant infertility secondary to age, but if you are eager to start a family, seeing a fertility specialist may assist more immediately.

Ovulating..: The ovary consists of bunch of follicles...each containing a ovum......every month ( cycle ) one follicle matures...gets bigger and ruptures to discharge the ovum. So you had the big follicle on lt ovary for that time.
