Many things : There are too many things to list here that could cause lower abdominal pain. You will need to see a doctor to narrow down. Intestinal, bladder,  ovarian, uterine, infections are all possibilities.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is a very complex issue as there are multiple organs that can cause it. A complete evaluation with a pelvic exam is warranted to help narrow down the possible causes.

october 2020 i had a 7+cm cyst removed from my left ovary. this past weekend i was having pelvic pain again, and they found a new 8.5cm cyst on the left ovary. what could cause cysts to grow this fast? any malignancy concern for rapid growth?

: Ovarian cysts not uncommon in women after ovulation. There is no need to remove them unless there are other complications. One should see experienced Gynecologist/ Obstetrician especially if one still wants to conceive.

i have painful pelvic pain, my left ovary hurts, and i have had frequent urination for 8 months. what could be the cause of this?

Pelvic pain: I really need more information to give you a meaningful answer.  How old are you?  Are your periods regular? Do you have pain with intercourse?  Etc.  Endometreosis is the first thought that comes to mind, but that can be difficult to diagnose.  I strongly recommend you see your doctor for a pelvic exam, possibly pelvic ultrasound, and urinalysis.

Normal or an Issue: Some females experience discomfort from the ovaries each month when they ovulate. This is normal. Pain from the ovaries can also be from abnormalities such as cysts. The pain may also actually be coming from other organs in the abdomen. Its best have an exam from your doctor to help differentiate between these different causes.

Amenorrhea: How old are you. I presume you are young enough to still have children.
Three months of amenorrhea may be a problem or you may be pregnant.
Either way, no one should put up with pelvic pain.
Please see your obstetrician as soon as you can.

Yes: It does not hurt to do a transvaginal ultrasound.  You may also get a first glimpse of the embryo depending on when conception took place.  In the meantime I see that you are on doxycycline.  It is a class D drug for pregnancy which means increased fetal risk.  Discuss this with your primary doctor.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections    hormonal changes can cause spotting.  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit. ER Makes More Sense: Early pregnancy & unilateral pain is a bad combination. Given the risk of an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy, i'd recommend evaluation now to make sure you're ok. Take care.
