Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections    hormonal changes can cause spotting.  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit. Pelvic pain has a lot of potential causes. An obgyn can help you evaluate

Ans: Not unusual to have symptoms of discomfort bloating irritItation and fatigue prior to the period.

Not all wierd: If your symptoms have changed and you are having a significant amount of numbness and pain, then perhaps you need another imaging study to evaluate the problem.  If you are experiencing true leg weakness or having problems with your bowel or badder function (incontinence) then you need emergent attention.  As far as your left ovary pain i'm not sure how you know that and maybe need to see your gyn.

Need more data: Enlarged ovary can be due to ovulation, infection, or benign or malignant  tumors. Bleeding  many other lesions. Md. Needs to evaluate  to determine the cause.

i have painful pelvic pain, my left ovary hurts, and i have had frequent urination for 8 months. what could be the cause of this?

Pelvic pain: I really need more information to give you a meaningful answer.  How old are you?  Are your periods regular? Do you have pain with intercourse?  Etc.  Endometreosis is the first thought that comes to mind, but that can be difficult to diagnose.  I strongly recommend you see your doctor for a pelvic exam, possibly pelvic ultrasound, and urinalysis.

i have pelvic pain, infertility for about a year and a half,  amenorrhea x 3 months and left ovary is never visualized in trans vag us. please help?

Amenorrhea: How old are you. I presume you are young enough to still have children.
Three months of amenorrhea may be a problem or you may be pregnant.
Either way, no one should put up with pelvic pain.
Please see your obstetrician as soon as you can.

Pregnancy test: The symptoms you described are not reliable indicators of pregnancy. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative, repeat it 4-5 days later, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
