Can do a preg. test: Teens experiencing that "penis inside me" sensation have a good chance at getting pregnant and having a baby 9 months later. Therefore, that "penis inside me" situation should happen only after much thought and careful planning. Without planning, the "penis outside me" option is the safest way to go. Thus, no sperm inside me = no baby. If unsure of pregnancy, a home urine pregnancy test helps.

Well, we know it's: not b/c your left nut has a better sense of humor than the right.  In all seriousness, neither nut should hurt when you laugh.  When we laugh, the pressure on our chest and abdomen increases.  That can cause pain in injured, inflamed or diseased organs.   Either the nerve supply to the testicle or the testicle itself may be inflamed or irritated.  It's not a laughing matter, so get checked out.

Dr to examine testis: In general, testicle pain means a trip to the doctor or ER right away because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). What about mild testicle aches or pains? That may be some other, less-urgent problem. One's primary care doctor can examine and help, because the details matter... where is the pain, how did it begin, how bad is the pain, is there a genital rash, etc...

Testicular : Testicular pain can be attributed to (but is not limited to) the following possible causes:

1. Epididymitis - testicle inflammation, may be caused by an infection
2. Hydrocele - scrotal swelling
3. Inguinal hernia
4. Kidney stones
5. Orchitis - inflamed testicle 
6. Scrotal masses
7. Spermatocele - fluid buildup in the testicle
8. Trauma to the testicle
9. Uti

seek medical attention if you experience sudden, severe testicular pain, if the pain is accompanied by fever/child/blood in urine, or pain that lasts more then 3 days.

i had a hernia surgery 3years ago on my left side below my stomach and it still hurts somtimes now i noticed my left nut hurts two on the backside whe?

See a doctor: i do not know how your hernia was repaired three years ago.
pain now after three years, is not normal.
pain in the testicle is not normal.
see a doctor, your pain might not be related to a hernia,
you might have a problem in the testicle like epidedemytis.
so see a doctor for evaluation, either they will assure you, or treat you.

Enlarged node: Sounds like an enlarged lymph node.  If this persists see your doctor.  Will likely try a round of antibiotics and see what happens.  If it persists an fna (fine needle aspirate) to obtain cells for pathology review would be in order.

Probably not serious: First, no need for embarrassment. Your testicles are no more special to your doctor (and should not be to you) than your elbows, knees, or liver. Second, unchanging bumps for so long probably are not serious. Third, more info needed:  on the skin or inside your scrotum? Painful? Finally, see a doctor. Mention it next time you have routine care, or make appt for it  now if still worried about it.

Not enough: For a meaningful answer. Where exactly is the pain, armpit, lower on the rib cage, is pain continuous or intermittent, if intermittent is there a pattern, what seems to be causing it. What were the circumstances when it started, strenuous effort, having a cold? From an inflamed lymph node to musculoskeletal a variety of possibilities.
