: If you possess spinal cord compression in the neck, your symptoms would not be surprising.  A progressive myelopathy is indeed a valid indication for surgical decompression and you should seek second opinion from a neurosurgeon.

See a neurologist: You may have severe degenerative arthritis  or herniated disc in low back which is causing pinching of sciatic nerve. You will need an MRI Scan of low back and possibly other tests before definitive treatment can be decided.

Get checked for: Nerve inflammation, blood vessel spasm/ circulation problem, autoimmune condition, stress etc. Hope u feel better soon!

There : There are many possible causes of back and leg pain including herniated disk pinching leg nerve, tightness in the spine (spinal stenosis) and broken back bone.  I would recommend consultation with your primary care doctor or a spine pain doctor or surgeon for further assessment and investigation.  Good luck!

Hmmm: May be a muscle strain. Take some aleve (naproxen).  If not better see your physician for an exam.

Cardiac disease: Possible sign of a myocardial infarct/heart attack.  Trigeminal neuralgia.  There are a lot of possibilities.  Only way to know for sure are with tests.

Pain: It isn't clear what the severity of your pain is or how long it lasts. Recommend consulting with your obstetrician.

Possible: The shoulder pain could be referred from the cervical spine either from disc disease, spondylosis or scar tissue formation.  The leg symptoms could be related to the cervical spine if there is a significant amount of spinal stenosis, but it is unusual especially if you have already had a two level decompression and fusion.  An examination would help clarify as well as some additional imaging.

my rls is getting worse in my left leg. even with meds it feels really heavy a lot of the time. should i be concerned?

"Heavy"?: "Heaviness" is not commonly reported by RLS patients. You will have to repost and give more detail.
