Multiple sclerosis: A year old MRI is not the means by which to evaluate the possibility of your having ms. You should be seen and fully evaluated by a neurologist.  Go soon. Good luck.

Interesting: From your description and history, yoga was not harmful.  You did not kill a nerve.  Degenerative disc disease in a 26 year old man requires exercise, posture training and review of your lifestyle.  Yoga with an instructor that understands your condition would normally be a good thing.  Breathing properly during postures can change the pressure on  your discs.  Inversion postures recommended.

Twitches: Twitches in muscles can be related to sleep deprivation or stress. Sometimes, more rarely electrolyte disturbances can be involved.

Seek medical consult: Weakness on one side of your body could be a stroke.  If this is new, and not something you have been dealing with for a while, this could be an emergency, in which case you should call for emergency medical services (ambulance).  If not new, it's still concerning, and should be addressed urgently.

C6 radiculopathy: Sounds like pain from nerve pressure in the neck. I would get an exam and a MRI of the neck to evaluate this.

Probably benign: Unless this is associated with a progressive course or other serious signs or symptoms i don't think you have much to worry about.  Thumbs and eyes are a common place for benign fasciculations to occur.

Hand pain: Handling  phone for prolonged periods of time can cause fatigue of hand muscles. Try to make a change in this regard. If the problem persists then discuss with a physician.
