left foot tingling for several hours. no pain or numbness, tingles moves all around the foot. what could this be?

: Apparently there is an irritable or pinched superficial nerve in your left foot.I assume there has been no injury.  Tingling may be caused by ill fitting foorwear.  Although it's possible, I doubt it's from peripheral neuropathy as it's only in one foot. If tingling doesn't resolve see your physician or a neurologist for evaluation.

: Calm down. Since you are fairly young and it’s happening on one side, have you considered the possibility that your shoes are causing an irritation to the nerve on top of your left foot. This is actually a very common problem. There is a bony prominence on the top of your foot in which a nerve runs across and commonly irritated. If you tap on the top of the foot it will send a signal to your toes

Foot tingling: Likely the left foot has little if anything to do with the headaches, and would consider nerve compression in back, knee or ankle.  Why do you have concern about brain tumor?  Would you benefit from Concierge visit onsite?

Whip lash...: Quite possibly, the top of you head was not the only area affected when you head was hit. It could be possible that your foot symptoms are resulting from secondary symptoms sustained during the same traumatic event. Either way, to remove all doubt, have both your head and foot be examined by a physician.

3/4 toes numbish: Classically this could be a neuroma.  There can be other causes , however.  See your podiatrist who can take x rays to evaluate boney position and can develop a treatment plan .
