Need to consult GI: NAUSEA IS USUALLY A SYMPTOM OF UPPER GI TRACT , -INDIGESTION DUE TO STOMACH, OR GALL BLADDER PROBLEMS .
ITCHY AND PAINFUL ANUS COULD BE DUE TO ANAL FISSURE. TRY  AVOID EATING FATTY FRIED FOOD, CHEESE AND RED MEAT.

possible infection: Burning pain with radiation to the axilla suggests that you may have a potential infection to that breast.   Whether it is as simple as mastitis (inflammation of the breast itself) or a true implant infection, you really should be seen by a medical profession.  In this case, consultation with your plastic surgeon should be your first step.

: How long do you have the symptoms. Is there any nausea/vomiting.Any heart burn? Do  you still have the gall bladder. Does the pain go the back.Is it continuous or intermittent . It is good to be examined by your PCP to come to a diagnosis . There are few other possibilities other than stomach and duodenum as the cause of the pain. Need to r/o problems from gall bladder,liver,heart,pancreas ,colon.

GI: Sounds a lot like gastritis, acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, or non-ulcer dyspepsia. Your omeprazole is good choice - you may need a dose adjustment.

Nerve: I cannot comment about your surgery but these symptoms are common after surgery and they tend to resolve with time.  If the surgery was not in this area  you should follow up with a physician as this might be related to pinching of the nerve that provides sensation to the lateral thigh. Tightly fitting clothes are a common cause of this problem.

Tingling: Could be a bit of nerve inflammation related to positioning during surgery. That is a mild bulging of a lumbar disc.
