around my left breast aches frequentley. sometimes on my right one too. around the back and underneath and middle under the skin. what could it be?

Too many options: This could be normal if the pain is cyclic and pre-menstrual. Or it could be cysts, fibrocystic changes, muscle or rib pain, a poorly fitted bra, just to name a few.  
You could check for lumps, or nipple discharge and try to figure out if the pain is related to your cycle or some activity. 
Pain that persists usually warrants a doctor's visit.

'heartburn': Heartburn is the way most people experience acid reflux   breast tenderness is usually not related.

lately i have had a lot of pain in the ribcage just below left breast.doc says heart ok. shoulderblade, left breast ache on occassion. can't reproduce?

Long list: Heart is not the only generator of chest pain.  Other common pain generators are thoracic spine, thoracic nerve roots, intercostal nerves, pleura, major blood vessels (aneurysm), esophagus...  Every pain generator has it's own specific characteristics, but sometimes the diagnosis can be very tricky.

got uti like symptoms 2 weeks ago . antibiotics helped but mild symptoms still persistent.  urinalysis shows nothing and ultrasound of the kidneys , abdomen and pelvis is also normal . left breast ache , back ache and urinary burning. help please?

Usually its musculo-: skeletal pain, but if pain doesn't go away i would show your gynecologist or primary care doctor.

See a OB GYN MD: The absence of a menstrual period for years in a 21 year old is disconcerting and its' sudden return. A GYN MD needs to sort out why with an exam and evaluation of both your period problems and breast aching. Run a pregnancy test before you see the MD.

See below: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Breast pain swelling: If no history of injury, may have infection in breast (mastitis). See pcp or gyn for evaluation & treatment. If not infection/inflammation, may need mammogram or ultrasound to check for mass.

i have an ac separation in left shoulder for 5 years. left breast has an aching pain for 8 months.now shoulder is aching as well. could this be cancer?

Not likely: A proper evaluation would require more history, physical examination and may be some tests. From the information you provided it not likely that the symptoms are due to cancer. It would be prudent to see your doctor.

Rib pain: Routine can be the cause for those symptoms or it can be chest pain associated with heart disease. If this is associated with exertion it is more likely related to Acordia condition and is dangerous and should be evaluated as soon as possible
