LUQ pain abn stool: May be gastritis( try ranitidine/ prevecid)  or food intolerances (milk ,gluten ,soy) or pancreatic insufficiency( try creon), pancreatic mass   or colonic issues. Would follow up with doctor since it is 2 months likely need imaging -CT ,as well as upper /lower endoscopy.

Other possibilities: The HIDA scan rules out gallbladder dysfunction and chronic cholecystitis but there could be other possible explanations for your symptoms which warrant further evaluation,

Very rare: Pancreatic cancer is not causing your symptoms.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Recurring?: IF THIS WERE PANCREATIC CANCER , THE SYMPTOMS WOULD KEEP RECURRING.  IF THEY ARE NOT, DON'T WORRY YOURSELF SICK.

Not cancer: If it was pancreatic cancer the blood test you had would come up at least one abnormal value . You are too young to get pancreatic cancer.  IBS  at your age can cause similar symptoms. See a gastroenterologist.

A CT could tell : I doubt it's cancer of the pancreas but your physician and you can discuss it and maybe consider a CT of the abdomen

Wait to worry: Pancreatic Cancer typically affects people over the age of 50 years, so it is unlikely to be a cause of your symptoms at your age.. Your symptoms may be all due to Acid reflux causing indigestion. You should try taking antacids of one kind or another. You may use one of: Maalox, Zantac, Pepecid or prilosec and try it for one week. if the symptoms go away, then the likely cause is Acid reflux(GERD)

Could be just: Constipation or diverticular disease. No amount of bleeding should be accepted. This is abnormal. See a GI or colorectal doctor for full evaluation.

Left sided: Left sided abdominal pain,especially if there is associated tenderness, is consistent with diagnosis of diverticulitis of the colon. Inflammatory bowel disease is another possibility. Simple irritable bowel syndrome usually causes less discomfort. In view of the severity of your symptoms you should be examined now in the hospital emergency room where prompt attention and testing can be carried out
