i have a thick rash only on my left arm pit. what should i do? the rash is not one big rash. it is spred out in 4 different rashes & bright red.

Get the diagnosis: There are many types and causes of skin rashes.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Possible causes include coronary artery disease, including a heart attack, lung problems including a pulmonary embolism, and local arm issues.

Do you have any skin rashes or changes on your arm? Given your age, other causes of this lump and pain, although possible, are less likely.

Pleurisy?: Discomfort in the chest that worsens with a deep breath is called pleuritic pain or pleurisy.  
This is often due to some inflammation of the lining around the lungs or the sac around the heart.  Often it is due to a virus and will get better without treatment.
However it could be something more serious condition with the lungs or chest and if it continues or worsens, see your doctor.

Fungal infection: Fungal infection can feel dry can appear darker. Try a combination of antifungal and Hydrocortisone cream twice daily. Orally take garlic supplements.

Not cancer: When cancer spreads to a lymph node the node SLOWLY grows larger (it won't suddenly appear) and is not tender or painful. Your lump is a small boil (infected hair follicle). This is a skin abscess(collection of pus) caused by Staph aureus usually.  Warm soaks may bring  it to a head so it drains. If it continues to enlarge see a
physician because MRSA is a possibility, which can get worse.
