Depends.: Depends upon symptoms and any preceding tests you may have done. If you have no symptoms I am not sure you need anything other than aggressive risk reduction.  Possibly could have a chemical stress test done. Should consult with your cardiologist.

Heart attack: It depends on how bad the blockage is. If severe it could cause actual damage, a heart attack. If less severe it could cause chest pain on exertion. If it is minor, there could be no symptoms at all. The symptoms can be chest pain, shortness of breath, or fatigue. As that artery supplies a large area of the heart muscle, it has been referred to as the widow-maker.

Almost certainly: Aortic valve calcification and stenosis is common and treated by heart valve replacement with acceptable risk benefit.
Consultation with cardiothoracic surgeon.
May need coronary angio if not done yet.
Sometimes we have to do some bypass grafts at the same operation.

: No, those vascular changes are common findings on CT scan. You do not need to see a specialist for that. To delay the progression of atherosclerotic vascular disease you need to be active, eat healthy diet (low salt, low saturated fat diet), keep BMI less than 25 if possible, and avoid high blood pressure.

Unusually small: That finding means that one of the arterial branches in your brain didn't develop fully.  Not to worry though because if the report is'normal' that brain territory is getting blood from elsewhere.  Many people have hypoplasia of a segmental artery which is usually inconsequential.

Hypoplastic : It means that the left anterior cerebral artery is smaller than the right side.It is not unusual to have one of these vessels be bigger or dominant than the other side . It is just a normal variation  . It does not signify a higher risk of stroke
