Dose of Risperdone: important. See more anticholinergic side effects at doses greater than 1 mg. Parkinsonism above mg. Concomitant use of Ginko may worsen situation. Ginko has not shown to improve long term cogntive issues. One study in China with concomitant use of Risperdal has been completed but results are unavailable at this time. Another study looking at use of Risperdal with Ginko in autism showed no benefit.

Complications: You will have pain and a certain period of recovery from the surgery, that is expected.  There are complications that may develop.  These inclue bleeding, damage to internal organs or need for dialysis.  Death is also a rare but potenital complication.

Risk of side effects: There are many possible dangerous side effects from Ivokana including kidney problems. Sudden kidney injury has happened to people who are taking this drug.  Other serious side effects have included ketoacidosis,  hyperkalemia, serious urinary tract infections, bone fractures, &amp; serious allergic reactions. Please consult carefully with the prescribing physician about this.

Ivermectin: Ivermectin is almost exclusively cleared by the liver and the dose doesn't need to be adjusted in the presence of kidney failure. Your pharmacist can validate this.

: Diet modification depends on the stone type and the work-up results (blood and urine and imaging tests). The existing stone will get bigger due to further crystal deposit or new stone will develop. High fluid intake to at least 2 -2.5 liters/day is the mainstay for most cases.  You should see a urologist or nephrologist with experience in caring patients with kidney stone (nephrolithiasis).

Drug safety: Both medications are very safe to take long term and can be used even in pediatric patients as young as 12 months old
