No: You seem to be normal otherwise and the LBBB may be an incidental finding. No medication would reverse it

LBBB: Left bundle branch block is a sign that the there has been a disruption to the electrical pathway to the left side of your heart. Most commonly seen in someone who has had a heart attack, but other reasons possible. Do you need a cardiologist?  Are you having symptoms of chest pain, sob, fatigue?  If so then you should see a cardiologist. However, if not treatment is healthy lifestyle.

ECG not great.: While certain things, like a LBBB, would be evident and obvious on an ECG, other things, like previous heart attacks, or more importantly the risk for a future heart attack, may be frustratingly absent from a resting ECG.  Echocardiogram and stress test may be more useful cardiac tests for risk stratification.

Absolutely, LBBB is: a result of endocardial muscle damage/infarction of the Perkinje fibers &amp; surrounding muscle. Endocardial muscle (because heart contraction blocks capillary flow during each beat) is always most susceptible to ischemic damage (heart attack) yet least reflected on surface EKG other than by elongation of the QRS duration. Thus a block; QRS duration beyond 80 msec=most sensitive sign of heart attack.

LBBB: Since you have no prior EKG's for comparison, I do recommend an evaluation by a cardiologist. LBBB is more potentially more serious than RBBB in that an association with cardiovascular disease is more common. Evaluation will probably include an echocardiogram, nuclear treadmill stress test, thorough serum lipid profile and outpatient Holter monitoring or your heart rhythm.

It is hard to: believe that an 18 year old would develop 'New" LBBB. I believe I answered that specific question for you some days ago including potential causes.  Without seeing the various EKGs myself I cannot believe the interpretations. Ventricular pre excitation with variable conduction characteristics could potentially explain the findings. You need to see an Electrophysiologist for this.
