Many possible causes: Pregnancy is only one of many causes of a missed period.  For example, thyroid problems, weight gain or loss, stress, intense exercise,  dieting, etc. can all make you miss a period.   If it happens once, I wouldn't worry but if it becomes a pattern, its best to see an Ob/Gyn and find out why its happening.  Best wishes!

Lots of things: Always rule out pregnancy first.  However, many things can affect the timing and regularity of one's cycle (e.g. Weight changes, diet, stress, etc..).  Don't stress.  Keep an eye on it for now.  The vaginal discharge is very non-specific and probably (normal) related to any hormonal shifts.  If the changes are persistent for more than 5-6 cycles, see your ob/gyn.

Dysmenorrhea: which is painful menstrual cramping with associated back pain can be related to many GYN issues and you must be examined for ovarian or uterine disease.I would suggest Aleve (naproxen) tablets if not allergic to this medication: 2 tab initially, then  1 tablet every 8 hrs for severe pain. A pelvic exam is mandatory to make a diagnosis. Call for a GYN appointment today!

Take pregnancy test: Take a pregnancy test .You could have irregular periods soon after childbirth due to hormonal imbalance , but With history of unprotected sex ,pregnancy test has to be done .

Maybe not, and...: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc…  A visit to one’s Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

HPT may not be : Needed. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and if you do not have any other symptoms of pregnancy, there is no need to redo hpt. It may be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

IT MAY BE DUE TO FLU: It may be due to flu, but just to be sure repeat your pregnancy test, if still no periods.If neg preg test and still no period check with your gynecologist.

Check a test: Many things can cause this but .if your period is late and is not normal.the first thing to do is check a pregnancy test and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative, If it is still negative, it is then time to look into things like medications,stress, exercise,diet,weight changes, and diseases such as thyroid disease, insulin resistance/diabetes, PCOS,adrenal problems, etc. Hope this helps.
