Dysmenorrhea: which is painful menstrual cramping with associated back pain can be related to many GYN issues and you must be examined for ovarian or uterine disease.I would suggest Aleve (naproxen) tablets if not allergic to this medication: 2 tab initially, then 1 tablet every 8 hrs for severe pain.
