They become very weak due to anemia.  Loss of appetite and pain when eating are also common.  With advanced disease fever and night sweats can occur.

Indigestion: The principal symptoms are subjective including abdominal pain, difficulty eating and holding food down and gastrointestinal acid reflux.  You are 10 years of age and of course are worried about your Mom but she is unlikely to take you seriously.  Why do you have this worry?  Is there stomach cancer in your lineage; or did you read about it?  This is a difficult position for you.
