Not related : Stomach size would not be related to childbirth almost a year ago. You and your doctor could evaluate your weight, post partum weight loss, uterine size, intestinal function and the many other causes of a large stomach.

See your GYN: You need to check in with your OB/Gyn.  This is a large amount of bleeding.  You will also need to be checked for anemia and iron levels.

Possibly: More than likely you had an established due date at the beginning of the pregnancy.  That is usually the most accurate dating.  Once you are given a due date from the first trimester comparing your ultrasound and last menstrual period your due date should not change. So unlikely that you are further along.

It happens sometimes: Many women have occasional variation of their mucus discharge, some spotting between periods, a heavier period, a lighter period, a longer or shorter period, or even a missed period.  Having one of these symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean there is a medical problem, but a visit or a call to one’s primary care or Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

Belly bloating: There are lots of reasons for abdominal bloating +/-pain, &amp; not all of them are due to the GI tract. Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." However psbo (paralyzed gut) due to metabolic &amp; inflammatory conditions nearby (like an untreated infection of the urinary tract)must be considered &amp; addressed. Check with your doctor for examination &amp; treatment options.

Wait and see: Current medical literature recommends observation for spontaneous labor until at least 39 weeks gestation, regardless of estimated fetal weight..  If there is suspicion that your baby is excessively big (estimated to be over about 10 pounds) then cesarean delivery may be indicated.  A trial of labor is still appropriate in most cases, as only about 1 in 4 women in america will require a cesarean.
