i have delayed periods from 4 months i haven't had sex yet. i had a 4 days delayed periods last month and a week delayed period this month and haven't got yet. it's been 48 days since my last period. i don't show any prominent symptoms pcod/pcos?

: PCOS is only one of many causes of irregular periods/long cycles and that diagnosis cannot be made on that basis alone. This might in fact be perfectly normal for you though the unpredictability is stressful. Birth control pills can regulate your cycle and would also be indicated in case you did turn out to have PCOS.

i take the mini pill daily around the same time every day. had a period last month with heavier breakthrough bleeding a week later. i am now a week late on my period this month. have some breast tenderness. what can be causing the delay?

A urine pregnancy: test is helpful. If the test is negative, this can be an expected effect of taking the minipill, minimal or absent period. Testing with your doctor is recommended if you are unsure or if you are pregnant, after all.

Depend on your: Intention regarding pregnancy. If you do not wish to get pregnant, keep using contraception. Menstrual irregularities are common and usually is a cause is not obvious.

Delayed ovulation: This is common and can be caused by stress, weight changes and thyroid dysfunction. If it continues then see your obgyn for lab tests and an exam.

: Asking the same question multiple times will not change the answer. Get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 and 12 months after exposure.

Irregular: cycles can happen, but should correct next cycle. Unless this a contraceptive pill related change. Also could be underlying insulin resistance/polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Depends: Other than the late period last month, if your periods are regular, you are late. If you had unprotected sex since your last period you should do a pregnancy test. If it is negative repeat it in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.
