i have bunch of moles all over my face, they really bother, they're all small and flat, if i had laser mole removal, will i end up with scars on my face?

Possibly : It depends on what type of skin lesions these are. It is best to see a dermatologist. 
Some lesions will respond to topical creams or can be 'frozen'. These treatments typically leave less scar. 
However, some will require excision (cutting) and this will leave a small scar for each area. 
You can minimize scarring by always wearing sunscreen/avoiding excessive sunlight to your face.

Moles on the face: Talk to a plastic surgeon. That is the best alternative.  As you do not need any scarring . tiny brown spots may not be moles. you need to see  your Dr and discuss first.

is laser mole removal effective? i want to pursue mole removal for a 2 inch oblong mole on my arm, but i am scared of surgery and getting a big scar. i want an alternative that won't leave a scar also. does laser removal of moles really work?

Laser : Laser removal of moles is not recommended b/c moles should be evaluated by a pathologist to ensure they are benign.  Laser destroys the mole and any ability to evaluate it.  Read more about the abcde's of moles at the link below.  I hope that helps.

There should: be no problem with skin treatments while on isotretinoin.  That being said, because you are more prone to scarring due to your skin type please make sure you are being treated by an expert.  That means a Board Certified Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon, or Cosmetic Surgeon.

how to treat skin after having laser mole removal?

It just needs...: To heal up.  I would apply traumeel cream (or ointment) to help promote healing.  It is homeopathic and available online or at most whole foods stores.  This is anecdotal, but I have been personally using it for myself my family and my patients for 25 years.  It is very safe, so you can apply it as often as you want.  Sometimes i will apply it four or five times a day on cuts on myself.

Pressure.: Pressure always stops bleeding.  Apply firm and steady pressure precisely to the area and DO NOT remove the pressure to peek at it.  An undisturbed lump of gauze under a mildly constrictive bandage is all that is necessary.

Healing: Acute healing three weeks, subacute healing three months, complete healing two years. Use sunglasses when outside to present hyper pigmentation. Can apply sunscreen to area after 2-3 weeks.

No: Most moles can be removed without leaving a noticeable scar.  It is important to understand tension lines in the face and plan the removal properly. Not usually: Do not know the size, time of treatment, or location of the removal.  If the site is itching, stinging and very firm (ridgy or raised) it may be a reaction to sutures or hypertrophic scar.  You should return to surgeon that removed the mole and have a complete examination of the site.  They will help you with the appropriate treatment.

what does the scar from a mole removal look like?  is it a circle?

Usually not: The scar depends on the technique used to remove the mole. If the mole is cut out and the resulting wound stitched closed, a linear scar usually results, hopefully along the "grain" of the skin or in or along a crease. If the mole is "shaved" off or burned off, a circular pale area could result, with the circle being much smaller than the mole.
