Uterine rupture.: A thinned (presumably from a prior cesarean section scar) lower uterus can lead to rupture that can prove catastrophic or even lethal for fetus and/or mother. Consult with a maternal-fetal medicine specialist if that is your diagnosis and avoid labor if clinically possible/desirable.

Maybe: Sometimes being bigger is normal. For instance if you or your husband is above average height, then your baby may be above average for growth as well. Concerns come in when you might have diabetes or some other pregnancy complication that would make the growth abnormal.  Speak with your doctor so you understand any risks that you/baby might have. Still small: At 5 weeks the uterus hasn't grown that much, if at all.  At 5 weeks the pregnancy is measured in millimeters, not even centimeters.  Hope this helps answer your question.

Thinned Uterus: It sounds like your uterus is not tolerant of stretching to full term as it is. And if your doctor has been able to see first-hand that your uterus is thinned out, you have a distinct advantage in knowing the possibility of rupture does exist. Many women do not have this warning and have lost, not only their babies, but their lives. You need to be followed very closely by you doctor.
