: The U/S report of a mass that large requires a CT or MRI to determine if the mass is vascular or potentially malignant. Vascular abnormalities do not always require surgical solutions. See your physician for further testing.

Less than one inch: One inch is 2.54 cm, so your mass is a little less than one inch in diameter.  You should have it biopsied at your earliest convenience, along with thyroid blood tests.

the pituitary gland is somewhat heterogeneous but no well defined mass is seen. there are areas of heterogeneity with in the pituitary on both the sagittal and coronal reconstructions. does this simply mean i have an irregular pituitary gland?

: This would be interpreted as an outcome within the normal range and states that no pituitary adenoma or growth is visualized.  Do discuss these films with an endocrinologist, if indeed hormonal issues prompted the study.

: No way here to review films, but would suspect that possible meningiomas are present.  Best to have follow-up with a neurologist or neurosurgeon and compare directly the 2021 images with the current films.

See urologist asap: Any mass in the kidney must be evaluated thoroughly by Urologist as soon as possible. If its cancer, it must be evaluted for surgical removal.SEE UROLOGIST ASAP

Ultasound,CT,MRI: Us, ct and MRI allow us to identify different characteristics to help make a specific diagnosis. Occassionally a mass will need to be sampled with a biopsy. This can be guided by ultrasound or ct depending on the situation. There are also times when ct-pet or pet imaging can be utilized.
The decision regarding the appropriate work up will be made by your doctor in consultation with a radiologist.

More to it than this: This looks to be  part of a report of an ultrasound and this portion of the report is discussing the echotexture pattern of the liver.  Nothing in what you posted is very concerning.  No focal lesion identified is a good thing, but the whole report including reason study done would be more helpful.
